Mustafa Ozalemdar the director, started he’s career in the construction industry when he was 17 years old. He went to collage to learn furniture making and went onto learning carpentry onsite. In 2007 he set up he’s first company Professional handyman service. From there he went onto doing internal renovations and growing he’s company. In 2018 he partnered up with his cousin who was an accountant and rebranded the company to chalk build. Mustafa’s passion and dream was always to build he’s own home.

Fast forward to 2024, Lux Property Developments was born.

Lux Property Developments are a privately-owned construction family business owned by Mustafa, Katie he’s wife, both directors and there daughter Shaylah who works as the customer care and administrative.

We work with selected contractors and partners, and across the diverse skillset of our group, to build beautiful, practical family homes. Our homes are built to the highest standards of traditional craftsmanship while incorporating specification that’s way above the industry standard across every price range. And all built and finished with a rare attention to detail that makes a new Lux property developments something rather special. We choose exceptional locations, with great transport links and access to good schools and facilities. Placemaking is at the heart of all we do, and while building new homes, we create safe, happy, successful communities.
